Low-smoke halogen-free wire and cable

This product is suitable for transmission of electric energy in power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below. LSZH cables can be divided into LSZH series and LSZH series. Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant cables are difficult to catch fire and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames. Moreover, once a fire occurs, it has the characteristics of halogen-free, low-smoke, non-toxic, and non-corrosive. It is suitable for high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc. , Subways, nuclear power plants, tunnels, power plants, mines, petroleum, chemical industries, etc. In addition to meeting the characteristics of low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant cables, low-smoke halogen-free fire-resistant cables can also meet line power supply capabilities under fire conditions. Mainly used in fire alarm, fire fighting equipment, smoke exhaust equipment, emergency channel transportation, lighting and other emergency facilities in the power supply line where fire resistance is required.

Instructions for low-smoke and halogen-free cables
LSZH cables can be divided into LSZH series and LSZH series.
Low-smoke halogen-free cables are produced by our company in accordance with French standards RCCE and NF series standards, national standards GB/T18380, GB/T19216, GB/T17651, GB/T17650 and international standards.
The low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant cable is difficult to catch fire and has the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames. Moreover, once it catches fire, it has the characteristics of halogen-free, low-smoke, non-toxic, non-corrosive, etc., suitable for high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc. , Subways, nuclear power plants, tunnels, power plants, mines, petroleum, chemical industries, etc.
Flame retardant grades of low-smoke and halogen-free cables
According to the test conditions specified in GB/T18380.3-2008, the flame retardant grades of low-smoke halogen-free cables are divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D. If the flame retardant grade is not indicated, it will be regarded as B grade.

Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable insulation is made of halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene, and the sheath is made of halogen-free polyolefin material, so all the materials that make up the cable are halogen-free, and the amount of smoke released when the cable is burned is very high. Less, it will not produce strong acid mist, toxic gas, and the toxicity is very small.

Single-core cable conductive core is round, 16mm2 and above can be pressed tightly. For multi-core cables with a cross-section of 35mm2 and below, the core should be round, and those with a cross-section of 50mm2 and above should be fan-shaped, tile-shaped or semicircular. The fourth core (neutral core) in a four-core cable can be round or fan-shaped. The neutral wire of a five-core cable can be round or tile-shaped. Those with a diameter of 6mm2 and below are allowed to be composed of a single conductor, and those with a diameter of 10mm2 and above are composed of multiple single wires. The shaped conductor (sector, tile or semicircle) should be tightly pressed.
    Main performance:
    Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant type
The flame retardant performance should be able to pass the GB18380 bundled cable burning test. After the test, the height of the cable scorch or the affected part should not exceed 2.5m above the point of action of the flame. Or a single vertical burning test.
The halogen acid gas release test should be able to pass the determination of the total amount of halogen acid gas in GB/T17650.1-1998∠5mg/g and GB/T17650.2-19981 measure the acidity of the gas by measuring the PH value and conductivity (PH≥4.3 conductivity in 1L water should not exceed 10us/mm)
The smoke density test should be able to pass the determination of the smoke density of GB/T17651.2-1998 cable or optical cable burning under specific conditions (minimum light transmittance ≥ 60%)
Conductor DC resistance meets the requirements of GB/T3956
Power frequency withstand voltage test: The power cable should withstand 3500V for 5min without breakdown. The control cable should withstand 3000V without breakdown for 5 minutes.
Should withstand the low temperature winding test or low temperature impact test at -15℃. After the test, there should be no visible cracks on the surface of the sample.
    Low-smoke halogen-free refractory type
In addition to meeting the performance of flame-retardant, low-smoke and halogen-free type, its fire resistance test should be able to pass the requirements of GB/T19216-2003 under flame conditions or line integrity test of optical cable. Burn at 750℃ for 90min, 2A fuse will not blow .
