BBTRZ

This product is suitable for transmission of electric energy in power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below. It is difficult to catch fire and has the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames. It is used for laying in a variety of occasions where cables have flame-retardant requirements, such as high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, nuclear power plants, power plants, ore, petroleum, and chemical industries. Plastic fire-resistant cable, also known as isolated fire-resistant cable, is a layer of odorless, non-toxic, halogen-free mineral compound material between the insulated core (outer diameter of the cable) and the outer sheath of the cable. When the cable is subjected to a fire, a large amount of crystal water is formed by filling and chromatography. When the flame temperature is lowered, the hydroxide is dehydrated into an infusible and non-combustible inorganic hard shell, which blocks the oxygen supply channel and achieves a high level of fire resistance. .

  Instructions for plastic fireproof cable
Plastic fire-resistant cable is also called isolated fire-resistant cable. It is filled with a layer of odorless, non-toxic, halogen-free mineral compound material between the insulated core (outer diameter of the cable) and the outer sheath of the cable. When the cable is subjected to a fire, a large amount of crystal water is formed by filling and chromatography. When the flame temperature is lowered, the hydroxide is dehydrated into an infusible and non-combustible inorganic hard shell, which blocks the oxygen supply channel and achieves a high level of fire resistance. .
  Product structure
plastic fireproof cable is composed of copper stranded wire, cross-linked polyethylene insulation, mineral compound filling and wrapping, and low-smoke halogen-free sheath.
In addition to meeting the flame-retardant, low-smoke and halogen-free characteristics of low-smoke and halogen-free cables, plastic fire-resistant cables also meet the requirements of BS6387C, W, and Z laboratory standards.

5. In addition to the above features In addition, the induced energy should comply with the GB/T12706.1-2002 standard

Delivery length

The delivery of the cable requires the delivery of the entire cable. In principle, no or fewer connectors are used. When purchasing, specify the construction length requirements (ie delivery length) to the manufacturer.

If a joint is necessary, the fire resistance of the joint should be the same as that of the cable, that is, it must also meet the requirements of BS6387.

Packaging logo and transportation

1. The cable can be packaged in coils or coils. When using reel packaging, the cable should be properly packaged on the cable reel for delivery, the length of the cable extension should not be less than 300mm, and the end should be reliably sealed with a cable jacket.

2. When packaging in a reel, each cable package should be accompanied by a product quality certificate. The certificate should be placed in an impermeable bag and fixed on the side of the cable reel.

The outside of each cable reel should be marked

a, the name or trademark of the manufacturer i

b, cable model and specification i

     c, length im

d, manufacturing date year and month

     e, standard number i

     f, gross weight i kg.

q, a symbol indicating the correct direction of rotation of the cable reel.

     3. Transportation and storage

a, the wire reel is not allowed to lay flat i

     b. It is strictly forbidden to drop the cable reel with cables from a high place during transportation, and it is strictly forbidden to damage the cables mechanically.

  c. It is strictly forbidden to lift several trays at the same time when hoisting packages. On vehicles, ships and other transportation tools, the cable reel must be placed firmly and fixed with a suitable method to prevent mutual collision or overturning.

Installation and laying
1. Installation: According to Clause 2.13.10.4 of JGJ16-2008 "Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings", BBTRZ cable pair shall be used for the fire-fighting line, and the laying protection measures of the line shall meet the fire-proof requirements
2. Laying:
2.1 The maximum span of the cable should meet the following requirements:
Allowable Span (mm) Allowable Span (mm)

Cable outer diameter

Outside Diameter

Laying Type
Horizontal Horizontal Vertical Vertical
D≤20 400 1000
20 600 1200
30 800 1500
D>50 1000 2500

Laying method
2 2 The cable tray meets the load-bearing capacity of the support and the outer layer of the lossless cable and its core.
2 3 The cable tray should enable the cables to be arranged neatly with each other.
2 4 Parts such as leather goods, cable ties, ropes or supporting parts for fixing cables shall have a smooth surface, easy installation, sufficient mechanical strength and durability suitable for the environment in which they are used.
25 The selection of cable fixing components should meet the following requirements:
Except in the case of AC single-phase power cables, anticorrosive flat steel clamps or nylon cable ties or plastic-plated metal cable ties can be used. Nylon cable ties or plastic-plated metal cable ties should be used in strong corrosive environments.
For the rigid fixing of AC single-phase power cables, aluminum alloys and other clamps that do not constitute a magnetic closed circuit should be used. For other fixing methods, nylon ties or ropes can be used. Do not tie the cables directly with iron wires.
