Indication method
The product is expressed by model, rated voltage, core number, nominal section and standard number
Example: Copper core XLPE insulated steel tape armored PVC sheathed control cable, rated voltage 450/750V, 7 cores, nominal cross section 1.5mm2,
Expressed as: KYJV22 450/750V 7*1.5 Q/TEC16.01-2005
Insulated core identification
Color identification and number identification are used for the insulated cores
When the insulated cores of cables with 5 cores and below are color-coded, the preferred colors and color sequence are as follows
Two-core cable: no priority color
Three-core cable: green/yellow double color, light blue, brown; or light blue, black, brown
Four-core cable: green/yellow double color, light blue, black, brown; or light blue, black, brown, black or brown
Five-core cable: green/yellow bicolor, light blue, black, brown, black or brown; light blue, black, brown, black or brown
Recognized by numbers, from the inner layer to the outer layer, starting from 1 and arranged in a clockwise direction in the order of natural numbers. The color of the digital sign should be obviously different from that of the insulation. The insulation color is preferably black and the number is white.

Using features
The rated voltage of the cable U0/U is 450/750V
The long-term allowable working temperature of PVC insulated cables does not exceed 70℃
The long-term allowable working temperature of XLPE insulated cable does not exceed 90℃
The ambient temperature during installation should not be lower than 0°C.
The minimum bending radius when the cable is installed: The cable without armor layer should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. Cables with armored or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. The flexible cable with shielding layer structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Main performance
The finished cable should withstand AC 3000V, 5min voltage test without breakdown.
The DC resistance of the finished product should meet the requirements of Table 3
The insulated core should be able to withstand the power frequency spark test, the test value is shown in the table below

Nominal insulation thickness mm t≤0.5 0.5 1.0
Spark test voltage KV 4 6 10

The size of the cable structure should meet the requirements of GB9330-88 and Q/TEC16.01-2005
